What is meant by a "brochure" site?

A brochure site is a web site that gives potential customers information regarding your business and services and then complete the sale by contacting you.

Which domains are included in the package?

One domain name is included in the package. It can be either a co.uk, .com, or .net domain (or similar). Some of the newer domains like .mobi or .asia are not included in the package and are charged extra.

If I'm not local to you, how can we work on this project?

Planning and communication are what make successful projects. For this reason we use Goplan - An online project management program. Here we can exchange information, files, discuss items, and it also gives you the chance to submit tickets incase something goes wrong with your site. If all this isn't enough there's always the old fashioned telephone!

Why is this package £499 when i've seen others for a fraction of the cost?

Unlike most others we don't rely on point and click, drag and drop typed programs. All our pages are hand coded to ensure compatibility across all browsers.

I would prefer to have this all on paper, is there a contract with this deal?

All of our work is covered with a clear and concise contract. This is signed by both parties before any money is handed over or any work begins.
